Easily scan tickets using your phone (tablets are also compatible) 🤩
In order to start scanning, log into your account and follow the instructions below.
Note - please ensure that everyone who wishes to scan has a Get-in account.
Go to “My Events” and click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the relevant event
Select “Scanner Management”
The next screen will appear:
Here, enter the account holder’s name and phone number, then press “Add user”
Each user you’ve added has received an SMS with a password.
In order to activate the scanner on each phone, copy the supplied password and go back to the Get-In app
Choose “Scanner” on the main menu
The following screen will appear:
Enter your phone number and the password you received
Click on “Scan QR Code” to begin
