Automatic Refunds
You'll automatically receive a full refund if:
Your event is canceled - we'll notify you by text and process the refund automatically
You experience a verified technical payment error (like duplicate charges)
Additional Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a refund when:
The event is canceled or rescheduled
The event organizer gives us explicit instructions to refund you
> Use the Contact the Event Organizer Option on the Event page
You are eligible to receive a refund under your state's cancellation policy.

If you're eligible, Request a Refund
Contact our support team with:
The event information and Event ID (A link to the event page will suffice)
Order number
Payment method used
Email and Phone on the order
Reason for refund request
To request a refund, please message our agents on Intercom.
Failed Refunds
If we're unable to refund your credit card, we'll need the following information to process a bank transfer:
Alternative Options
Event rescheduled? Your ticket remains valid for the new date
Can't attend? You can transfer your ticket to someone else through our app (Based on Event Organizer configuration)
For some events, a future credit may be offered instead of a refund
