How Can I Manage My Salespeople?

We understand that having multiple options is important when it comes to effectively managing your team. With our platform, you can easily assign managers and team leaders, as well as create personalized event links for your salespeople. This will not only streamline the management process, but also provide a more efficient and organized system for your team.

Our user-friendly interface makes it easy for you to customize and organize your team's management in the way that works best for you.

Let’s get started!

  1. Navigate to the "My Events" tab and select the three dots located in the top right corner of the relevant event.

  2. Select “Salespeople”

  3. Add salespeople via email or phone number.
    After adding a salesperson, they will receive an invitation to join with just a few easy steps.

  4. Once a salesperson has done the short process, they should appear like so:

To view the different settings you have for each salesperson, click the 3 dots on the right. The following popup will appear:

Enable cash sales - this feature will allow your salesperson to sell tickets in cash, requiring the salesperson to update said sales manually within the system

Set as manager - Enabling a salesperson to become a manager grants them access to view all aspects of the event, including balance, statistics, attendees, and more.

Set as team lead - You have the ability to set a salesperson as a team leader and assign other salespeople to their team.

Set as sub seller of - this feature allows you to easily assign a salesperson to a teamlead

Remove salesperson from event - if you delete a salesperson, you will still be able to see his/her sales in the reports.

Personal event link - each salesperson is automatically assigned a personal event link that they can share. This way, you can easily know the source of your ticket holder. You can access this information by downloading the event report

You are free to have as many salespeople as you need without any restrictions. To make it more convenient, you can easily search and filter your existing salespeople by using the toolbar icon on the right side of the search box. This allows you to see both active and inactive salespeople.
