Failed Refund (Error) - What You Need to Know

If you receive an email or SMS stating that your refund has failed, your credit card cannot receive credit. When this happens, you must provide us with your bank details so we can process the refund manually. Please follow the instructions below to submit your bank details:

Why Did My Refund Fail?

  • Credit card expired or canceled

  • The card issuer rejected the refund

  • Account closed/deleted

  • International transaction restrictions

Required Information:

  1. Full name (as it appears on your bank account)

  2. IBAN OR Routing number

  3. Full Address

Processing Details

  • Processing time: 3-7 business days after receiving your bank details

  • We'll notify you once the refund is processed

  • Bank transfer processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

How to Submit Your Bank Details

Contact our support team with:

  1. Original order number

  2. Your bank information (as listed above)

  3. Email used for purchase

  4. Payment confirmation from original transaction

  • Keep your bank details secure - only share through official support channels

  • Double-check all information before submitting

  • International transfers may take additional processing time
